My CVS Trip Yesterday! 6/5/13

I’ve been trying not to spend extra money lately so we can save up for fun stuff.  On Monday, I checked my email and found $3 ECB from CVS just because!  It was only valid until yesterday, so I went and spent it!  This was just a quick trip, and I may go tomorrow to get some other stuff, but I haven’t decided yet.

CVS Couponing Shopping Trip June 3 2013

Spent $1, Saved $34.96; 97% Savings!

Here’s what I picked up:

4 Secret Clinical Deodorants $4 <—-Sale Price
-Used 4 $3/1 Secret Clinical Deodorant 5/19 SS2
Used $3 ECB

This is a hot deal, and my store had a ton of these left!  I have a few more coupons, so I think I’m going to do this again tomorrow.

There’s also a MIR for Secret Clinical.  Send in your receipt or UPCs when you buy 4 Secret Clinical Deodorants, and they’ll send you a coupon for a free one!

So really, I got 5 $10 deodorants for $.20 each.  Not bad!

What did you get at CVS this week?  I need some more ideas!

My CVS Trip Yesterday! 5/15/13 82% Savings!

I haven’t been doing much shopping lately.  The best way to save money is not to shop in the first place, right?

I got a 30% off coupon in my email last week, and I had to use it by yesterday.  I get the feeling that if I don’t use the coupons that they send to me, that they won’t send me more.  I didn’t really need anything this week, so I just did the Garnier deal to use my coupon and roll some ExtraCare Bucks.

cvsmay1513

Spent $1.63, Saved $17.85; 82% Savings!

Here’s what I got:

Garnier Oil-Free BB Cream $12.99
Used $2/1 Garnier Skincare Product 4/7 or 5/12 RP
Garnier Wipes $6.49
Used $2/1 Garnier Skincare Product 4/7 or 5/12 RP
Used 30% Off Coupon ($5.85)
Used $8 ECB ($4, $4)

I received $5 ECB.  My purchases also counted toward the $50 Beauty Club Spending to get $5 ECB.  I think I’m pretty close to that.

The Garnier skincare deal didn’t have a specific spending amount on it, just that you had to buy 2.  So you could get this for $.09 after the % off coupon, $2 off coupons and rolling $5 ECB if you just got 2 wipes.  Also I could have stacked the 20% off coupon from the newspaper this weekend with the 30% off coupon, but I left it at home and didn’t want to drive all the way there to get it and back to the store.

I received a bottle of Garnier Oil-Free BB Cream from a BzzAgent kit a few months ago, and I love it.  I probably would have bought 2, but my store only had 2, so I just got 1 and picked up the wipes.

Hopefully the CVS sales start picking up.  I haven’t been interested in anything on sale lately.
