Ology Natural Products Walgreens Deal!

Ology

Back in February, I was contacted to do a review of Ology Natural Products from Walgreens.  I’m so happy I was chosen for that assignment, because the Ology All Purpose Lemon & Lavender Cleaner has become my absolute favorite Household Cleaning item!  I’ve been stalking the Walgreens Weekly Ads, and they are finally on sale this week!  It’s time to stock up!

This week only, you can get Ology Natural Products at Walgreens, including household cleaning items, laundry, paper products, even baby products Buy 1 Get 1 50% off.  If you spend $30 in one transaction, you’ll get 5,000 Rewards Points!

ologysale

Walgreens.com has the price for the Ology All Purpose Lemon & Lavender Cleaner at $3.19 each. I decided to do this deal online, since I don’t shop at Walgreens much.

You can get free Shipping on all orders of $25 or more at Walgreens.com, however, there’s a weight limit, and 12 bottles of All Purpose Cleaner hits that. So if you’re shooting for FREE Shipping or the 5,000 points, you might want to throw in some lighter items like Paper Products. I threw in 2 EOS Lip Balm Balls for $6.

I also went through Ebates to get 3.5% cash back!

This is a great deal on some Natural Household Products that really work!

Which Ology Product is your favorite?

Spent $1.46, Saved $10.50; 88%!

Remember that Walgreens deal I did a few weeks ago when I got those soft packs for $.49?  I got some more today!

Here’s my trip:

2 Huggies Soft Skin 56 ct Wipes $1.99/ea
-Used $1/1 Huggeis Soft Skin Walgreens – July Coupon Book
-Used 2 $.50/1 Huggies Wipes 6/17/SS
-Used $1.50/2 Huggies Wipes 56 ct+ – Email Printable

I really like the soft packs, so its nice to get a deal on them!  This equates to $.0065 per wipe!!

How many packs of wipes have you purchased during this sale?

My Walgreens Trip Today!! 7/3/12

Spent $.96, Saved $10; 91%!!

Ugh.  I hate Walgreens.  I’ll go there if there’s a fantastic freebie or hot money maker, but I don’t like it, and I don’t want to get stuck with Register Rewards so that I have to go back.

There’s a REALLY HOT deal right now on Huggies Wipes.  If you want in on it, you better go quick.  As of this morning, it’s hit all of the big blogs.  I found out about it last night, and was able to take advantage of it early this morning.

Here’s what I got:

2 Huggies Soft Skin 56 ct Wipes $1.99/ea
-Used $1/1 Huggeis Soft Skin Walgreens – July Coupon Book
-Used 2 $.50/1 Huggies Wipes 6/17/SS
2 Ivory 3 Packs $.99/ea
-Used 2 $1/1 Ivory 7/3 PG

The Walgreens July Coupon Books are available at the front of the store, near the weekly ads.  The coupon in the book says for the 64ct Soft Skin wipes, BUT the signs on the shelf for the 56 ct wipes say that you can use the coupon on them AND they only seem to work on the 56 ct, so it must be a typo.  I didn’t have any problems using my coupons during this transaction.

With the coupon stack on the wipes, I got each pack for $.49.  The soap was a $.01 money maker per pack.  I try to pay $.01 per wipe or less, so this was a great deal.  I only got 2, because I only had 2 wipes coupons left.  It wasn’t as great of a deal to me without that $.50 coupon.

If you want to do this deal, go today!  My store only had 3 soft packs left, and I took 2 of them.  Remember, don’t clear the shelf!  Leave some for someone else.  My rule is take two.  If the shelf is low on stock, take two.  If that’s all that’s left, then its ok to take both.  Don’t take 10.

Have fun!

My Walgreens Trip Yesterday! 5/20/12

Spent $13.96, Saved $26; 65%!!

I’ve been on a Walgreens Vacation for almost a year, with a few breaks here and there.  It has to be a REALLY good deal for me to get off my butt and go deal with the headache that is Walgreens.  This week, there was a really good deal on something that we use that rarely has a deal, so I went to my local store.

Here’s what I got:

4 Huggies Little Swimmers $6.99/ea
-Used $2/1 Huggies Little Swimmers -Walgreens May Coupon Book
-Used 4 $1.50/1 Huggies Little Swimmers – 5/20 SS

We swim a lot, and I like to have a variety of sizes on had for when friends and family come over to swim or use the water table.  I think I have enough for the summer for my son!

These swim diapers are expensive, and there are rarely deals on them.  There are only 11-12 diapers per pack, so it’s still pretty expensive at $.29-.31 per diaper, but these packs normally sell for around $10 at CVS, Target, and Kroger, so to get them for $3.49 was a stock up price to me.

Did you go to Walgreens this week?  What did you get?

Spent $10.98, Saved $6; 35%

I really hate Walgreens.  I can’t stand their Register Reward system, and I don’t like how they expire in 14 days.

I had that $4 RR from buying the Irish Spring Soap 2 weeks ago, and I had to use it.  I didn’t like anything that produced RRs in the ad, so I decided to look at the February Monthly Deals on WeUseCoupons.com to see if there was anything I could use there.  I wasn’t looking for free, I was just looking to roll.  The list that I found had a Tylenol deal with no descriptions, just buy 2 Tylenol or Sudafed products, get $5 RR.  I needed some regular Tylenol, and I had 2 coupons, so I decided to do that.

Here’s how it looked:

2 Tylenol Extra Strength Gel Caps 50 ct $$7.99/ea
-Used 2 $1/1 Tylenol Printables
2 Russell Stover Marshmallow Hearts 2/$1
-Used $4 Register Reward

Guess what?  No $5 RR printed.  Of course that would happen to me.  Oh well, that’s fine.  It got me things that I needed, and also got me out of having to go to Walgreens every two weeks!  Maybe I won’t shop there for another 9 months!

And yes, I only needed to buy 1 Marshmallow Heart, but they are $.59/ea if you buy them separately!  Plus, I love chocolate covered marshmallow.  It’s the best!
