How much did you save last week? So this is going to sound strange given that its week 24, but I hit my annual goal last week. I know, right? Now, I did it by selling some big ticket items from my home due to our kitchen renovation. Specifically, I sold all of the cabinets, the granite island, the ovens, hood vent and dishwasher. I made about $1100 selling just those items on Facebook last week. I also sold a piece of furniture and a cashed in for $100 Paypal Cash on Swagbucks. Last week, I made $1,570. No joke.
I debated whether or not to include the cabinets in my Weekly Savings Challenge, but then I decided that yes, I needed to since I sold those items on Facebook. So I’ve already obliterated my $1,378 goal for the year, but I’m going to press on. I’d like to see exactly how much I can make this year, and I have lots of stuff left to sell.
So with that monster week last week, I’m at $2,151.42 total. That’s $773.42 OVER my goal of $1,378. This week, my goal is $30.
