It’s the final day of 2020! I’ve spent the last few days sifting through the massive number of Amazon orders this year to bring you my 2020 Top 5 Amazon Life-Changing items that I ordered. You know, just in case you want to add to cart & start off 2021 with some life-changing stuff.
So without further ado, here are my Top 5 Favorite Amazon Buys from 2020.
Number 5 – New Safety Glasses
2020 was the year that I finally quit wearing the cheap eye protection glasses that came with my nail guns, and started wearing these guys. DIYers need a good pair of safety glasses for when they’re doing all of those home projects!
I love these glasses for several reasons. First, they look like glasses. Second, they don’t get dirty. Third, they don’t scratch. Plus, they’re usually under $10! That’s why they came in at #5 on my 2020 Top 5 Amazon Buys!
They have several different types of these safety glasses including blue light blocking, yellow lens, magnifying and more for all of your eye protection needs.
Number 4 – Acrylic Turntables & Drawers for Organizing
Early in the pandemic, I went on an organizing binge just like everyone else. I finally ordered my first turntable for our coffee station cabinet, and it really was life-changing! After that purchase, I went on to order several more turntables from different stores to use all over the house.
I also ordered these small acrylic drawers 3 separate times in 2020. They are the perfect size for sponges. In my kitchen, they store sponges, tea towels, Scrub Daddy Sponges and Magic Erasers. In the Laundry Room I use them for microfiber towels and steam mop covers. I keep them in the bathrooms for things like razor blades and bath bombs.
These drawers are nice, thick quality acrylic and come in a 2 pack. They are modular, so they stack really well. The perfect small drawers for all of your organizing needs! Organizing items definitely change your life, and that’s why they are #4 on my 2020 Amazon Top 5!
Number 3 – UGG Insole Inserts
I’ve had the same pair of UGG slippers for many years, but I didn’t know until last year that you could buy new genuine UGG Sheepskin insoles for your shoes. For less than $25, you can make any shoe warm, soft and fluffy inside by slipping these insoles in your shoes.
This year, I decided to refresh all 3 of my pairs of UGGs & now they feel brand new inside! This is an easy way to extend the life of your expensive UGG shoes, or transform any shoe into UGG comfiness!
Cozy & much cheaper than buying new Ugg Slippers & Shoes, that’s why these inserts are #3 on my 2020 Amazon Top 5!
Number 2 – Skincare Fridge
I’ve only had this one for a week, but I can already tell that it is life-changing. Sure, a mini fridge for your skincare products is a little bougie, but I’m 40 so skincare is a necessity at this point.
For the last week, I’ve enjoyed going into my closet to retrieve my various serums & creams that promise to keep my skin younger-looking. The feeling of cold eye cream is amazing & so refreshing! It also keeps my Vitamin C Serums lasting longer. Keeping eye patches and sheet masks in the fridge also makes those feel fantastic on your skin! In addition to all of that, I store my cryo roller & rose quartz roller in the fridge to keep them cool until its time to use them.
The bonus is that now my vanity tray isn’t overflowing with stacked skincare products. I’ve not only reduced the storage problems I was having with my skincare, but I’ve also reduced the anxiety. The skincare fridge has made my morning & nighttime skincare routines so much more enjoyable!
I chose this particular skincare fridge because it was slightly larger inside than most. It comes in 7 different colors & there’s a larger 15L size if you have a lot of masks & serums! I love the slight glittery sheen on the front!

Number 1 Amazon Order – Loungewear Set
At number 1, the lounge set that was so nice I bought it twice! I saw this set on an influencer at the beginning of the pandemic, but it was always sold out. While casually perusing Amazon, as one does, I found it in stock in my size & quickly placed an order.
This set is thin enough to sleep in, but put together enough that you feel like you’re wearing real clothes around the house, not pajamas. I loved it so much after the first wear that I ordered a second set – this time in my favorite navy blue.
This lounge set comes in several different sizes & 5 colors. I wear a size 0-2 and it’s the perfect oversized-baggy fit.
Ah yes, loungewear – the uniform of 2020. Of course it would be in the top spot on my 2020 Amazon Top 5!
Bonus Buy!
See, it was really hard to narrow it down to my Top 5. So my bonus buy has to go to my AirPods. I held out a really long time on these, but they are pretty life-changing. I definitely use these more than I ever used earbuds.
So that’s the Top 5 things I bought on Amazon this year. Trust me, it took a while to narrow it down. There were So. Many. Orders.
