Why Is This Sale The Best?
This has been my favorite sale since 2006 because you get the best new Fall items for up to 40% off. Every year, my Fall/Winter wardrobe comes from this sale. It’s a great opportunity to purchase investment pieces at a discount that you will use for years and years. It’s also a great time to stock up on basics that rarely go on sale. My favorite items in my closet all came from this sale. It really is my Christmas in July.
When is the Sale?
This year’s sale runs July 17th – August 6th, but Early Access for cardholders is staggered starting July 11th. The popular preview feature from last year will be available starting July 3rd. You’ll be able to save items to your wishlist then.
Last year, we saw a staggered start for Early Access depending on your Nordy Rewards Level & Cardholder Status, and that continues for 2023 with a few tweaks. This year’s Early Access begins July 11th for Icons, July 12th for Ambassadors and July 13th for Influencers. Prices go back up August 6th!
Shop Early & Don’t Miss Out!
In 2017, I was out of town & left my Nordstrom card at home. I was so upset that I couldn’t shop the sale during Early Access because I didn’t know the 3 digit code on the back of my card. I have now memorized that code, so I will never have that problem again. However, in the 2 days that I was unable to shop the sale during Early Access, half of my list sold out. Seriously. It was depressing.
Sometimes, Nordstrom will restock items that sell out during Early Access, so it really is important to have the card so you can shop right when Early Access starts. In 2019, many of the items that sold out on the first day of Early Access were never restocked. Therefore, it pays to get the Nordstrom Credit Card or become a Nordy Club member for free!.
With the Nordstrom card, not only do you get to shop the sale a week before the public, but you can earn Nordstrom Notes! Notes are rewards to spend at Nordstrom. You’ll be able to access the sale on during Early Access & activate your Triple Points Day to earn notes faster!
