Here’s the 2nd part of my 2013 Target Toy Clearance Trip! If you missed the first part, click here.
Last week, about 10-20% of the toys at my store went 70% off for the Clearance. Today, about 80% of what was left went 70% off. I stocked up on donation toys, Birthday gifts, and Christmas gifts for everyone on my list except for one Niece! Score!
I store these extra toys in my attic so that I can shop the attic when its gift giving time. Some day, I’d love to have a gifting closet so that I don’t have to go in the attic. A girl can dream.
For this part of the 2013 Target Toy Clearance, I spent $280.78 after my REDcard 5% discount. The retail price for all of this stuff is about $845!! That’s amazing savings off the retail price! Shopping strategically pays off in more ways than one!
I’ve been shopping the Target Toy Clearance for many years! See all of my past trips so that you can get an idea of the timing & what to expect by clicking here! Remember, things change all of the time with Target, but you can generally expect them to clearance out inventory twice per year: once in January and once in July.
